Davis was the cutest Little Builder!  He even managed to keep on his construction zone hat for a while.  Davis did exactly what we thought he would......He was very wary of the whole trick or treat idea.  He would not walk up by himself, but he was okay if we held him.  He wouldn't say anything at all to the people at the first couple of houses, but by the end, he was telling people "thank you" and "bye".  It always takes him a while to warm up to something. :)
Cameron was super cute in his Darth Vader outfit.  Davis loved playing with the light saber.  Cam said Davis can borrow his costume when he gets older!  What a sweetie!  It was a great Halloween night!

We had a great time celebrating Olivia's 8th birthday.  She looked so grown up--it doesn't seem like she can be turning eight already!  Davis was a little cranky at first, but once he settled in, he had a great time.  He didn't want to get in the blow up castle and jump with the big kids, but he was having a fabulous time running around the yard jumping and yelling like all the other kids.  He also had fun swinging on the rope swing with his Daddy.  He is getting to be such a big boy!

I've been meaning to post pics from when we went to Boo at the Zoo a few weekends ago.  I think Davis liked the tigers, fish and snakes the best.  The tiger kept coming right up to the glass, but Davis was not scared at all.  I'm also posting some pics of Madeline and Davis.  I think Davis is getting used to having his pic taken with Madeline.  He thinks its funny when she starts to slide down or fall over.  They are so cute together!

Pumpkin Time

We had a great time on Saturday picking out pumpkins.  Davis is really loving all of the Halloween and Thanksgiving decorations.  We had lunch at Whole Foods after and listened to some live music.  Davis was clapping and swaying to songs by the Beatles.  It was really cute!We have his surgery(for tubes again) this coming Thursday, Oct. 14th.  This time they are removing his adenoids.  Keep us in your prayers that his surgery goes well and that he has a quick recovery!

Flying High

We took Davis to watch the model airplanes this weekend. Even though he has gone to see them several times, he still gets so excited when we tell him that we are going to watch the planes. He gets the biggest kick out of watching them take off and land. I love how cute the pics came out. I especially love the one with Davis' arm around Shawn's neck. It is just so sweet!

We have been enjoying the cooler weather lately and spending lots of time outside.  Here are some pics of Davis  playing with his favorite toys.  We're hoping the weather stays this way for a while!
