Halloween

We had such a wonderful time for Halloween this year.  Davis' pirate costume was so cute!  I asked him early  in the day if he was ready to dress up as a pirate, and he said, "No, I want to be a dragon."  So, I was a little worried when the time came to put on the costume, but everything went great.  He had a fantastic time running to each house.  He would get really shy when he would approach a house and would barely whisper "trick or treat", but then he would run and scream to the next house.  It was so funny!  Cameron and Liam were so cute too!  It was fun to watch Davis try to keep up with Cameron throughout the night.

Olivia's Birthday

Olivia is 9 years old!  The party was so cute.  Livi and all the girls always play restaurant/cooking etc, so the theme was "Closhae Cafe"--the name of their restaurant they made up years ago and still play today.  It was really fun!  Pink was the color of the day, and I made sure Davis fit right in. I think he looks pretty cute in pink! ;)  He had a great time running around the yard and playing.  It was a beautiful day and so wonderful to be around our family!   Oh, every time we come to Aunt Des' house Davis has to play with Anna's Woody doll.  The doll is very old--it actually belonged to Olivia.  Davis calls it the "real" Woody because it is so much like the one from the movie.  Even though he has several different Woody dolls at home, he has already asked me a million times for a "real" Woody.  I'm thinking Santa might have to bring one for Christmas!

Pumpkin Patch

 Davis and Madeline had a great time at the pumpkin patch in October.  There was so much to take in that most of their time was spent running from one thing to the next.  Davis loved the horse swing and the horse drawn buggy the best.  They were both exhausted and filthy by the time we left.  Brittney and I had a blast just watching them run around.  Davis was very excited to bring home a pumpkin that he got to pick out!
