Fun in May

School is officially over! I'm so excited that summer is finally here. I will still be doing a good bit of work for the library over the summer, but I will be able to make my own hours. Hopefully I will be able to post pics more frequently now that I have more time! Here are some pictures from Madeline's 1st birthday party and from when we went to go see Toy Story on Ice. Davis had a great time at the party. He loved playing in the jumpy that Britt and Blake had set up for the kids. He was not content to stay in the one for the little kids and kept running over and climbing in the big kid jumpy. He is very stubborn these days! :) Madeline was an absolute doll! I can't believe she is one already. Davis still LOVES anything from Toy Story. He had a great time at the show. During the first part he was completely mesmerized. He sat in my lap and was very excited about watching all of his favorite characters. By the second half he was out of his seat and moving around. We had bought him a Woody cowboy hat. He tried to give it to Woody, and chucked it about five rows down. It was really funny! I kept having to explain to him that it was his hat, not Woody's. He also got a new stuffed Buzz Lightyear. He brings it all over the house and usually in the car too. I don't think his obsession with Toy Story is going away anytime soon!
